Analytics and IP Tracking

No site should exist without the tools to track its effectiveness.

Google Analytics are free, but so powerful. By understanding the behaviour of your visitors and the decisions they make when using your site, you're able to adapt this experience for them with brilliant results. At first glance, it can all look a bit overwhelming, but we can create simple and effective dashboards to help you.

If you're selling to businesses, we can take your analytics further via a process of IP tracking. If a business has a static IP address, it can be cross referenced against a directory and in turn we can then reveal who's looking at your site. Furthermore we can show what exactly they looked at while there and how to make contact with them.

So, instead of blindly investing in methods to drive increased traffic to your website, we can enable you to identify and focus on prospects that have already visited your website.

  • Access real time intelligence about your prospects
  • Find out when they visited, what they searched for and identify the pages they viewed
  • View the details of the business, from correspondence details to business turnover and their industry SIC code

Eddie, Paul and the whole team at Hat Trick Media have worked tirelessly to get the new Skegness RNLI Lifeboats & Lifeguards website off the ground, handling our very unique requirements, unusual requests and constant changes-of-mind with ease and endless patience!

Throughout the design and development process it has been clear that Hat Trick really care about the quality of the product they produce, and have been prepared to go the extra mile to make sure the site is just right.

The result is a website that not only looks fantastic, but provides the right balance of in-depth information (such as lifeboats launch data) and ease-of-use that we had been so keen to achieve. But just as importantly, because the site will be maintained by volunteers, it was critical that updating information and posting new content could be done quickly and easily Hat Tricks content management system (aka "Geoff) fits the bill perfectly.

Despite only having gone live a few weeks ago and us still needing to add lots of content, we have already received numerous positive comments from our supporters. On behalf of everyone involved with the RNLI in Skegness, and our supporters Thank you!
