It truly is a fabulous place and their strong identity and captivating imagery made it a brilliant project to work on visually, but the new build also gave us the opportunity to add in more compelling functionality and interaction with their guests.
We've focused on making the treatments the lifeblood of the site. Each treatment and promotion now features sharing tools, allowing guests to share the them with their friends and networks, and where guests have commented on a treatment, we've included it as a testimonial. The best part though, each treatment can be individually enquired against and you can purchase gift vouchers too. So whilst this makes it easy for guests to book and enquire, it also allows Matt and Emma establish what treatments are popular and those that they need to promote more or re-evaluate completely.
Most importantly though, Matt tells us that immediately after launch they began taking enquiries and that overall enquiries are up on the previous site. The site is now getting over 3000 unique visitors per month and they have sold over £19,000 worth of vouchers through the online voucher system. They've also just won the Day Spa of the Year award at the Professional Beauty Awards in London - a staggering achievement!
